Mint tea is considered the best relaxing beverage. If it is served cold, you will enhoy delicious refreshing drink!
Method:
Pour boiling water over tea; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Let tea cool. Combine sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and sugar dissolves. Remove mixture from heat, and stir in chopped mint. Let cool. Pour mixture through a wire-mesh strainer into a pitcher, discarding the solids. Stir in tea and serve over crushed ice. Garnish, if desired.
